Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on lüvo.com, operated by Luvo Global LLC ("Lüvo," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders
We aim to keep our site accurate, but in the rare case a product is unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item.

2. Payment
Full payment is charged at checkout when you place your order.

3. Pricing
All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes and duties required by law at checkout, in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

4. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we charge your payment method and send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error.

5. Returns and regional rights
Our standard return policy applies to all customers worldwide; see our Return & Refund Policy. If you're a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you (or someone you designate) receives the goods, under Directive 2011/83/EU, regardless of whether Lüvo specifically markets to your country.

6. Product information
We describe our products, including ingredients, as accurately as possible. Because these are cosmetic products, always check the full ingredient list on the packaging before use, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lüvo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer protections that apply based on where you, the customer, are located.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
