Where we ship: We ship worldwide.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size.

Customs and duties: International orders outside your fulfillment origin country may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delayed or missing shipments: Contact contact@luvo-global.com with your order number if tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window plus 10 business days.

Address accuracy: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
